Brandon Moody, Founder

Brandon Moody is the founder of Right Line Communications, a boutique agency focused on political consulting, and crisis communications for conservative campaigns and causes. He has over two decades of campaign management, public policy, earned media, and advertising wins at every level of government.

Before founding Right Line, Brandon worked in senior roles at one of the largest Republican consulting firms in the U.S. He has consulted on high-profile U.S. Senate, gubernatorial and congressional races. He has also served as strategist and messaging consultant for statewide ballot initiatives and national public affairs fights.

He has deep ties and relationships in Washington, DC. Brandon worked on the senior staff at the National Republican Congressional Committee where he oversaw the spending of tens of millions in advertising for targeted races nationwide to support congressional elections in 2014. He also worked as the Patriot Program Director at the NRCC. In this role, he worked directly with nearly 50 Congressional incumbents to build strong campaigns, assemble their teams, and prepare for reelection.

On Capitol Hill, Brandon served as Chief of Staff to Rep. Sean Duffy from Wisconsin’s 7th congressional district. Duffy is a member of the powerful House Financial Services Committee and a perennial top target of Congressional Democrats. Brandon managed an aggressive policy and communications agenda along with a staff of 20. And Congressman Duffy won his sophomore reelection by over 12 points in a previously Blue District, achieving numerous legislative successes as a young lawmaker along the way.

Originally from New Hampshire, Brandon has held nearly every job in politics. He worked his way up from driver and field representative to consulting on or managing many campaigns across the country including Wisconsin Congressman Reid Ribble’s upset win in 2010 and Congressman Jim Gerlach’s 2006 stunning reelection campaign in Pennsylvania.  

In addition to domestic politics, Brandon worked on international campaigns in Northern Iraq helping support the political efforts of the Prime Minister of Kurdistan.

Brandon currently resides in Charleston, SC with his wife Angie and their two daughters.
